She holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching. Her passion for coaching is rooted in her personal experiences and she draws inspiration from her own career path.
She owned and run two very successful businesses prior to working in the airline industry, where she progressed through the ranks of a highly successful airline – Virgin Atlantic – culminating in her appointment as an In-flight Director in international Territories. In this role, she worked under the personal direction of Richard Branson.
Her detailed understanding and experience of the demands of the modern business world, and her practical engagement with people in a small business and corporate environments, has enabled her to develop a sophisticated set of personal development skills and tools to help individuals realise their full potential.
Michele’s primary objectives are to facilitate her clients to:
