Patricia Maloney
Patricia is an experienced and highly-successful Career Coach. She has mentored candidates to achieve successful career outcomes all over Ireland, and, indeed, overseas.
In 1990, she founded the first private college (Park College, Galway) to provide a repeat Leaving Certificate programme to second-level students in the west of Ireland. A pioneer and an innovator throughout her life in education, she saw over 2,500 students pass through the college.

Deirdre May, a Limerick woman who forged a highly-successful career in sales and marketing, is our Limerick Career Coach.

John Moloney is a retired Primary School Principal and current community activist with over 40 years’ experience of disadvantaged education and advancing the lives of people and communities.

Fintan served for 38 years as an Officer in the Defence Forces and retired in the rank of Commandant. During his service with the Defence Forces, he held a wide range of appointments both at home and abroad.
He has served with the United Nations (UN), the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) and the European Union Force (EUFOR).
His career in the Defence Forces has included appointments in Training, Logistics, Planning and Personnel Management.
He has experience of being a member of Interview Boards to fill appointments at all levels in the Defence Forces.

I work with many organisations and regularly participate as a speaker for the Council of Spanish Residents in Ireland and the Circle of Spanish Entrepreneurs in Ireland where I am co-founder.

Arthur Geraghty
Arthur has 30 years’ experience in the education sector in Ireland, Switzerland and the UK. He has been a principal teacher for 14 years, and has significant experience in recruitment for the sector sitting on interview panels for many schools. He has sat on Boards of Management at secondary and primary levels.
He is a graduate of NUI Galway with a BA in Mathematics and Economics, and a H. Dip. in Education. He also holds a PGCE from the University of Wales, and a P.G. Dip. in Ed L. from NUI Maynooth.
A qualified mentor, he mentors newly appointed principal teachers with the Centre for School Leadership and the Irish Primary Principals’ Network.
His special interests include music, photography, culture and social history; and he has travelled extensively. He has worked in India with Global Schoolroom & University College Dublin, training teachers. He’s a member of the Teacher Network of the National Gallery of Ireland. A Galway man, he enjoys GAA sports and prefers the ‘smaller’ ball to the ‘larger’ one.

Colm Flynn
Colm is a member of the Guidance Department in Coláiste Bhaile Chláir, Claregalway, Co. Galway.
He achieved first class honours when completing his MA in Guidance Counselling and Lifespan Development at the University of Limerick.
He has experience of providing careers and educational guidance related services in his school, and also of working with adults at various stages of their career path.
