Mark McDonald – away from the world of work
When Mark isn’t working, his spare time is largely taken up with his two young children.
Weekends are a combination of swimming lessons, GAA training, out and about on forest walks, cycling or enjoying the shore line along the east coast.
Sport, particularly rugby, is another huge interest for Mark who can regularly be found cheering on Leinster Rugby at the RDS or the boys in green at the Aviva.
Travel is a huge interest and top of the list of places to re-visit is San Francisco. Mark also fancies himself as a bit of a culinary guru (his wife might think otherwise) and loves Italian food and wine. As he says himself: “I’ve yet to meet a bottle of Chianti that I didn’t like.”
The west coast of Ireland will always be his preferred location for weekend breaks with Inis Mór being a particular favorite.
